Corsair is set to launch an ultra-fast 256GB Solid State Drive (SSD), with an integrated 64MB of cache. Dubbed as the Corsair P256, the SSD has an aluminum design and a 3.0Gbps interface, with an average read speed of about 200Mbps and a write speed of 169.1MBps at 0.1ms random access times and burst speeds as high as 248.2Mbps.
