Asus RT-N13U Wireless Router

If you want to buy a wireless router that is easy to configure, then you can choose the latest wireless router from Asus. Measuring 165mm x 125mm x 30mm and weighing 265grams, the Asus RT-N13U features the Asus EZ UI, which enables users to easily setup and manage wireless connections, printers and scanners. It also facilitates troubleshooting, sharing of multimedia content and documents, as well as the allocation of bandwidth to different activities based on user preferences. The Asus RT-N13U can also support 24/7 downloads, even when the PC is turned off. The Asus RT-N13U also has an internal antenna, which provides wider coverage than an external antenna. Sadly, no word on pricing yet.

Lenovo IdeaCenter Q7000 Compact Desktop

Lenovo has recently launched a brand new compact desktop namely the IdeaCenter Q7000. It is powered by an Intel Dual Core E5200 CPU with a 4GB of RAM, a 1TB of HDD, a TV tuner and an Intel GMA X4500 video chipset. Other features include an HDMI out, a DVD player, and the Windows 7 Ultimate OS. The price starts at around $499.

Sony’s Latest Mega Blu-ray Changer

The Sony BDP-CX7000ES Mega Disc Changer allows you to load up to 400 Blu-ray discs. The player can automatically download Gracenote MusicID and VideoID data via an Ethernet connection, saving all of the information (including cover art) that you need to easily navigate disc titles onscreen. The navigation menu is also easy, thanks to the familiar Sony “Xross” media bar interface. The Sony BDP-CX7000ES also features an advanced DVD upscaling system. Audio support includes Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus, DTS-HD and DTS-HD Master Audio 7.1 channel sound. If you are interested, you can buy the Sony BDP-CX7000ES Mega Disc Changer for between $1798 to $1899.

Buffalo To Release Two New 10x Blu-ray Writers

Buffalo Japan is set to release two new optical drives for the Japanese market in the form of the BR-H1016SU2 (external) and BR-H1016FBS-BK (internal) Blu-ray writers. Both drives feature a 4MB of buffer memory and provide write speeds of up to 10x for BD-R SL, 8x for BD-R DL, 2x for BD-RE SL/DL, 16 x for DVD-R/+R, 12x for DVD-RAM, 8x for DVD-R/+R DL and DVD+RW, 6x for DVD-RW, 48x for CD-R and 24x for CD-RW. They also come with several connectivity ports including SATA and USB 2.0 for BR-H1016FBS-BK, and eSATA for BR-H1016SU2. The BR-H1016SU2 and BR-H1016FBS-BK will hit Japanese stores in early September for around $359 and $300, respectively.

Onkyo Releases Windows 7 Ready Amplifiers

Onkyo Japan will release their first Windows 7 ready amplifiers on September 11, 2009 in Japan. Dubbed as the TX-NA5007 and TX-NA1007, both amplifiers are DLNA complaint and support Dolby NR Professional Logic IIz, Dolby NR TrueHD, DTS-HD Mater and playback of WAV (linear PCM)/WMA (DRM)/WMA Lossless/MP3/AAC/FLAC/Ogg Vorbis formats. The Onkyo TX-NA5007 and TX-NA1007 are priced at 367,500 Yen ($4000) and 262,500 Yen ($2850), respectively.

Marantz’s Entry-level AV Receiver

Marantz has entered the entry-level AV receiver market by releasing the NR1501. Priced at $600, the AV receiver comes with four HDMI inputs, onboard decoding for Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio, and analog video upconversion. The NR1501 also a bit smaller than most receivers. Sadly, there is no 7.1 analog inputs, multizone functionality, and satellite radio connections.

World’s Smallest HDMI Hi-Def Photo Player From Hi-Den Vision

Hong Kong-based Hi-Den Vision has recently introduced the HD-0311 that is claimed to be the world’s smallest HDMI Hi-Def Photo Player. The HD-0311 allows playback of the photos on an HDTV at up to 1080p HDMI resolution, and it also lets the user use the remote control to customize the viewing of the photos. The device is also capable of playing music and video clips. No info on pricing so far.

The device is capable of extracting data from nearly any SIM and is compatible with Smart Cards, allowing you to review all data on your computer. The SIM Card Spy Elite retails for $199.95 a pop.
