RCA Airnergy Harvesting Battery Charger Harvests Electricity From WiFi Signal

The Airnergy Harvesting Battery Charger from RCA is a revolutionary gadget that takes a WiFi signal and converts it into a DC power which can then used to power up your gadgets. The recharge time depends on the proximity to a WiFi signal. The Airnergy comes equipped with a battery inside it, so you can carry it around and as long as you’re near WiFi hotspot, it charges itself. RCA’s spokesman claims the charged battery of the Airnergy is able to charge a BlackBerry for about 70% capacity in a few hours. RCA will launch the Airnergy for $40 to $50 in the near future.

MSI has recently released a media streamer that is designed to be used with your HDTV. Known as the MSI Movie Station HD100, the gadget delivers Full HD video to your HDTV in 1080p and supports HDMI, Component and Composite connections. You can also choose to connect the device to your PC via WiFi or Ethernet. The device also has two USB 2.0 ports, so you can play your videos direct from a USB flash drive or an external hard drive. The MSI Movie Station HD100 will be available in Germany for about $142. Unfortunately, there is no info on when we will see the MSI Movie Station HD100 in the US and UK.

Panasonic’s New External DVD Burner For AVCHD Cameras

The VW-BN2 is not an ordinary external DVD burner. The gadget is specially designed to be used and connected to an ACVHD camera, so you can burn the video on the go. The Panasonic VW-BN2 provides a maximum speed of 8x for DVD ±R and 4x for DVD ±DL. The Panasonic VW-BN2 will be available next month for 25000 Yen ($278).
